- In cases where the warranty did not expire, many of them continued to provide service instead of the foreign vendors that left. But there was always a parallel demand for post-warranty service on the market, and the proportions there are completely different.

Thus, last summer, CROC conducted a survey of more than 100 Russian companies, and 56% of respondents said that they outsourced their infrastructure to a local service partner for maintenance; this is 27% more than in 2021.

Before the departure of foreign vendors, 47% of surveyed companies gave infrastructure directly to them for support

“According to the results of the 2023 survey, the share of direct vendor support was only 12%, and a third of companies supported the infrastructure entirely on their own,” the expert noted.
